Telemetry (data-processing)
The telemetry is a technology which allows the remote measurement and the journalizing of information of interest towards the originator of the system or an operator. The word is derived from the Greek roots tele (remotely) and metron (measurement). These systems require instructions and data to be sent with an aim of carrying out the necessary exploitation. The counterpart of telemetry is the Télécommande.
