Tekiyeh
A Tekiyeh is a place where the Chiites gather to commemorate the martyrdom of Husayn Ben Ali (called Hossein in Iran); these ceremonies have the name of Tazieh
These places can be met especially in Iran. They are traditionally conceived with elements of Iranian architecture.
It is generally thought that Teheran had up to 50 Tekiyehs at the time Qajar E.
