Teff

The Teff , or Tef, is a Plante of the family of the Poacée S (Graminée S), cultivated like secondary Céréale in Africa.

Scientific name: Eragrostis tef (Zuccagni) Trotter, family of the Poacée S, subfamily of the Chloridoideae tribe of the Eragrostideae .
