Technological border
The technological border is a term used to indicate the level of most advanced of the technological Recherche. It can be defined as the whole of the technologies (combination of the Factors of production) existing most effective. The world technological border evolves/moves thanks to the Technological advance, and thus with the Investissement in Research and development (R & D) of the most advanced countries.
It is said that countries are located at the technological border when their research centres public or deprived are in situation “to advance” science, and are not occupied making up for lost time which they would have compared to the foreign research centres.
