Techniques of piloting (automobile)
Heel - point (or points - point)
The purpose of this technique is to carry out a braking and a retrogradage without with blow. With this intention, it is necessary to maintain a pressure constant on the brake pedals with the point of the right foot (or the left side of the right foot). To disconnect and withdraw the engaged report/ratio. To couple at the dead point. To put a blow of accelerator with the heel of the right foot (or the right-sided of the same foot). This blow of accelerator must be proportioned in order to find the mode driving of the report/ratio lower (the goal being not to have any with blow). To couple to pass the lower report/ratio.This technique used in automobile competition (out limps sequential) is used to avoid the blocking of limps and makes it possible to keep a mode raised for a better D-acceleration. On our roads, that makes it possible to avoid blockings of limps (especially on the propulsions and slipping road), not to make use of the direct-drive dog clutches and less to use its clutch.
Braking left foot
Technique which consists in slowing down left foot to be able to manage acceleration at the same time, especially used in the large curves.
Call - Against Call
Technique which consists in putting the car derives from it to pass a turn more quickly. A first call will put the car in survirage, then " against braquage" who will allow to give the wheels in the center line of highway to leave the turn.
