Technical university Carolo-Wilhelmina of Brunswick
The technical University Carolo-Wilhelmina of Brunswick , in German Technische Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig or more simplemant Technische Universität Braunschweig , is the oldest technical university of Germany, located at Brunswick, in Lower Saxony.
It was founded in 1745 under the name of Collegium Carolinum (Carolin college) by Charles {{Ier}}, duke of Brunswick-Lunebourg.
