SITI ( Taxonomic Information system Integrated ) (English: ITIS or Integrated Taxonomic Information System ) is a association created to provide information in conformity and reliable on the Taxinomie (or taxonomy) of the biological species.

The site of ITIS offers a classification taxinomic of the alive species, and Taxon S, with for each one a multitude of information, such as the statute QUOTE, tax them with row inferiors and superior, the taxinomic validity of the statute,…

Research can be made by the vernacular Nom, scientific name or TSN . The TSN (or Taxonomic Serial Number ) is a Nombre to five or six Chiffre S identifying in a single way each species and each taxon (even for those whose statute taxinomic is invalid).
