tavelure ” is the name given commonly to cryptogamic diseases, coming from various Champignon S, in particular on Pommier S, Prunier S, Poirier S and olive-trees. The tavelures deteriorate as well the Feuille S as the Fruit S.

Symptoms

On sheets, they are generally spots becoming brown or noirâtres, relatively rounds, a few millimetres in diameter. They cause deformations of the foliage.

On fruits, the demonstrations go until the complete deformation, with deep cracks and/or the fall of the fruit. This one is in any event unsuitable with marketing. The fruits are stained and crevassent.

Fight

Generally preventive, containing cupric products or of synthesis.

There exist also apparatuses and methods making it possible to envisage the attacks by analyzing the various favorable parameters (temperature, duration of moistening of the plant, etc). The results make it possible to treat in “semi-curative”, to block the penetration of mushroom, just after a rain contaminatrice.

It is recommended as well as possible to destroy the sheets with the autumn, either by burning them (difficult), or by accelerating and improving their decomposition, in order to destroy the shapes of winter conservation of mushroom.
