Taur-im-Duinath

In the work of J.R.R. Tolkien, Taur-im-Duinath , in Sindarin “Forest between the rivers”, is the name of an immense area timbered in the south of the Beleriand, which extended between the river Gelion in the east and the river Sirion and bay from Balar in the west. It was a deserted and wild area, only crossed by the wanderings of some Black Elfes.
