Tattooing with henné
The practice of the Tatouage to the Henné is used with fine nuns or esthetics.

History
The origin of tattooing with henné goes back to a few thousands of years in Mésopotamie, used by the Hebrew X and the Egyptien S. One discovered on the mummy of Ramsès II, that the hair had been dyed with henné. Assyrian texts of the 7th century before J.C describe preparations of marriage where the young girl has the palms and the nails dyed with henné. In China, women relative with the flowers of the nails which are only nails painted with henné. In Vietnam, the women enamelled the teeth in black, and henné added with products blackening offered to them an economic dyeing. Then henné conquers India at the 12th century.
Preparation of the paste
Mix:- two spoonfuls of henné (sheets dried then reduced out of powder)
- small glass with water the
- a spoonful of juice of lemon, water of pink or flower of orange tree. One can replace the lemon juice by essential oil what causes to make tattooing more resistant in time.
The paste thus obtained must be consistent, neither too liquid, it would run on the skin, nor too dry because it would be then impossible to apply to the skin.
Slightly made heat the paste and await 2 or 3 minutes before using it.
Use
To apply the mixture to the skin using a syringe (without needle obviously) and to draw the desired reasons. The exposure time must be one hour at least before being washed or threading a clothing. The longer it will be, the more tattooing will last. On the foot or ankle, the exposure time must be even longer, because this part of the body remains locked up in the shoes where the skin is in hot and wet medium.The thickness of product applied to the skin also has its importance.
Evolution of tattooing
The color of tattooing gradually will grow blurred. On average a tattooing with henné lasts 3 weeks. In a cold or dry climate, the color remains dark a long time. In a hot and wet climate, the color grows blurred more quickly. The duration of tattooing also varies according to pH of the skin, of the soap, the beauty products used, and according to the environment such as the temperature and the content water.
Possible hazards: henné " noir"
Henné in him even is inoffensive. But used pure, it is of a color chestnut or orange and sometimes the tattoers choose to reinforce his color and its fixing on the skin while adding to their mixture of the paraphenylene diamine (PD). It is what one calls the " henné noir". PD can cause allergies delayed with appearance, 15 days after tattooing, of a Eczéma reproducing the reason for the drawing plotted with henné. More serious, this allergy can lead in the long run to a hyper sensitizing with life, awkward because PD is in many dyes.It is thus necessary to be wary of tattooings with henné appearing too black, and to prefer the colors chestnut and orange.
