Tatsuya Uemura (ja 上村建也, born on June 23rd, 1960 and of Japanese nationality) is a programmer and type-setter of musics of video games.

After its diploma at the university Doshisha de Kyoto, it engages at Orca. After the fast bankruptcy of the latter, he works at Sega on the play Repulse. He engages then for the company Toaplan of 1985 to 1994 or he finds the old ones of the Orca company. He composes the majority of the musics of the play-videos developed by Toaplan. In 1994, year which will mark the bankruptcy of Toaplan, it joined the company Gazelle with the old ones of Toaplan like Junya Inoue as a developer or he is in particular director on the play Air Roller.

In 1999 it joined the company Raizing or it Co-develops the Shoot' EM up Battle Bakraid, Dimahoo and Great Mahou Daisakusen.

In May 2005 Tatsuya Uemura composes arrangements of the band of the play Ibara. Tatsuya Uemura currently works in the company Magic Seed.
