Tarzan
The Charte of the world Greens is a document drawn up and signed by 800 delegated parties Verts of 70 countries, during a first meeting with Canberra, Australia, in April 2001.
The left signatories and the political movements having signed this charter engage so that the Verts parties and the political movements Verts implement a certain number of interdependent principles, and create a world Partenariat to support their application.
These principles are

to protect and restore the integrity of the ecosystems of the Earth, by stressing the natural biodiversity and processes which maintain the life;
- to recognize that all the ecological, social and economic processes are interdependent;
- to ensure balance between the interests of the individuals and the shared interests;
- to harmonize freedom and responsibility;
- to support diversity in the unit;
- to reconcile objective in the short run and long-term objectives;
- to make so that the future generations have the same rights as the present generation to the benefits of nature and the culture.
They were summarized in the form of six basic principles. The charter describes these six principles and proposes ten sphere of activities political drifting of these principles.

The ecological Wisdom
- by promoting the ecological Health
- while not being responsible for Extinction of the species
- by recognizing the wisdom of the people autochtones
- by recognizing the limits of the natural resources
- by preserving the ecosystem S and the Biodiversity
- by adopting the Precaution principle
The Social justice
- by supporting the equitable distribution of the resources
- by guaranteeing the satisfaction of the fundamental needs, such as Water, Food, Toit
- by affirming the right to the development of all
- while setting up an worldwide economy stable and right
- by filling the existing ditch enters North and the South
- by eliminating the Pauvreté and the Analphabétisme
- by guaranteeing the equal rights independently of the Sexe, of the Race, the age, the Religion, the Social class, the ethnic origin or main road, of the sexual orientation, of the Handicap, the richness and health.
The Participative democracy
- by supporting the Democracy biorégionale
- by helping the individual to be Autonomous, volunteer and participative
- by supporting the Right to vote of all the adults
- by guaranteeing the right to the political affiliation of its choice within the framework of a system pluripartite.
The Non-violence
- by promoting a culture of peace and co-operation
- by setting up a global design of the Safety, as well as a world system of prevention, management and resolution of the conflicts
- by eliminating the causes from the war, such as the Racism or the Poverty
- by supporting a general disarmament, in particular as regards nuclear weapons, biological and chemical, of the anti-personnel mines and the weapons with depleted uranium;
The Sustainable development
- by limiting the Overconsumption
- by stressing the Quality of life
- while allowing to satisfy the present needs without compromising the needs for the future generations
- by limiting the population growth
- by supporting local development
- by taking of account the environmental price of a good or a service in its total price
- by supporting the follow-up of the principles of sustainable development by industries
The Respect of diversity
- for the respect of the minorities
- for the right of all to an environment of life supporting the Dignity, the Wellbeing and the Health
- for harmonious relations
- for the recognition of the right of the people
- for the equality between the men and the women
