Tart with the Maroilles cheese
The Tart with the Maroilles cheese or Flamiche with the Maroilles cheese is a culinary speciality of Thiérache.
Ingredients
- 200 G of Flour
- 8 G of Yeast of baker
- 1 egg
- the quarter of a Maroilles cheese
- a pinch of Sugar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- To preheat the furnace with 50 °C.
- To make inflate yeast in glass or a cup with a little warm water and sugar.
- In a salad bowl, to dig a well with the flour, to pour in the center egg, yeast and salt. To knead the mixture with the hand until obtaining a viscous paste.
- To butter and powder with flour a dish then to spread out the paste. To put at the furnace during approximately 20 minutes so that the paste inflates.
- To cut sections of Maroilles cheese and to cover the paste with it.
- To put at the furnace during 15-20 minutes with 180 °C.
