Tart with pumpkin

Ingredient

  • Paste in Filo (500 G)
  • Pumpkin: 1 kg
  • sugar
  • oil

Preparation

  • to clean pumpkin of the pips, to remove the bark, to wash/cut of pieces 'like bread to grate like the apples
  • to open the package of paste has filo (fine sheets), to count them and divide into share equal, ex 15 sheets = 5x 3 sheets

  • on these 3 sheets posed one on the other to scatter grated pumpkin (glass approximately)

  • to roll the sheets of the paste by making folds to 6 or 8 cm
  • to oil a square dish
  • to light and heat the furnace with 200°c, to cook 20 min by lowering the temperature if that browns too much; when the preparation is gilded, to leave the furnace, to cover with a cotton towel
  • to cut of rectangular pieces, to powder with sugar freezes
