Tart with pumpkin
Ingredient
- Paste in Filo (500 G)
- Pumpkin: 1 kg
- sugar
- oil
Preparation
- to clean pumpkin of the pips, to remove the bark, to wash/cut of pieces 'like bread to grate like the apples

to open the package of paste has filo (fine sheets), to count them and divide into share equal, ex 15 sheets = 5x 3 sheets

- to roll the sheets of the paste by making folds to 6 or 8 cm
- to oil a square dish
- to light and heat the furnace with 200°c, to cook 20 min by lowering the temperature if that browns too much; when the preparation is gilded, to leave the furnace, to cover with a cotton towel
