Tarifa is a city of the south of the Spain located in the Province of Cadiz, in Andalusia. It is also the southernmost point of the continent of Europe. The name of Tariffed comes from the Berber general Tarif bin Malik. The city is in addition known like a high place of the Planche to veil and Kite-surfing in Europe.

Two types of wind blow on the city of Tariffed, the “Levante” (of the the Mediterranean) and the “poniente” (of the Atlantique). This one and its surroundings are strewn with wind S.
