Tank of Ouglitch
The tank of Ouglitch (in; ), is an artificial lake located on the higher course of the the Volga, formed by the stopping built in 1939 with Ouglitch.
It is located in the Oblast S of Tver and of Iaroslavl, with approximately 150 km in the north of Moscow.
Consecutively with the construction of the stopping, a monastery of the 15th century with Ouglitch and another of the 16th century with Kaliazine, as well as the historical heart of this city were submerged by water of the lake.
