Tangoutes
The Tangoutes are people of Asia, whose history goes back to the Dynastie Tang, and who formed an empire known under the name of Xixia between 1036 and 1227. Their language, the Tangoute, is one of the rare languages Tibéto-Burmeses to have had an indigenous writing.
