The mount Tamgout is a mountain of North Africa belonging to the Tellian Atlas and culminating to 1252 m of altitude. The Tamgout mount is in Algérie, more precisely in Kabylie, in the Wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou, the Daïra of Azeffoun and the common of Akerrou. The village nearest to this mountain is Tifrit Does not have el Hadj. The Tamgout mount is surrounded of the solid mass of the same name whose surface exceeds the 3800 hectares. It is the culminating point of all the area of the north of the kabylie called maritime Kabylie.
