Tallboy

The Tallboy was a bends invented by Barnes Wallis used by the allies in 1944. Its characteristic was to penetrate the ground before exploding (idea of underground bomb). It weighed five tons and was launched since the bombers Avro Lancaster. It was particularly powerful on the heavy structures like the Blockhaus, where all the smaller bombs had failed.
