Taitō

Taitō (台東区, Taitō-ku ) is one of the 23 special districts (区, ku ) formant Tōkyō, with the Japan. The district was founded on March 15th 1947. The population of the district is of 160.130 inhabitants for a surface of 10.08 km ² in 2005.
