Taiarapu-Is is a commune of the island of Tahiti in French Polynésie. It is located at Tahiti Iti (“peninsula”) from which it occupies the septentrional half but also extends on the east from Tahiti Nui. It includes/understands the common partners of Afaahiti, Faaone, Pueu, Tautira (with the attached island of Mehetia).
