Tagliatelle

The tagliatelle is a pasta Product with eggs typical of Bologna. It can be been useful with a great number of Sauce the S, most typical being the Sauce bolognaise.
They are made of length rubands, similar to the Fettuccine , but from approximately 0,65 1 cm from width and gathered in the shape of nests.
History
According to the legend, the tagliatelle were invented in 1487 by one to cook talented Bologna with the marriage of Lucrèce Borgia, according to the fair hairstyle of the young woman. Actually, it is a history invented by the humorist Augusto Majani in 1931.
