Taekkyeon

The Taekkyon (also Taekyon , Taek Gyeon , Taekyun …) is a traditional Martial art of Korea. As the will capoeïra, it resembles a Danse. It is single Korean martial art to have the important title of “goods cultural immaterial” (n° 76) of the Korean State (June 1983).

The Koreans regard it as " the form originelle" of all the martial arts practiced in Korea (And subsidiarily, from this ancestral Martial art Kyokushin Karate and TaeKwonDo, set up in the Fifties derive more particularly).

One finds traces of Taekkyon on murals in tombs dating from 4th in Ve century after J.C.
