Taden

Taden is a common French, located in the department of the Coast-with Armor and the area Brittany.

Geography

This commune is at the edges of the Rance.

The granitic basement provided a Granite good quality. Thus, in 1847, at least 497 stone m3 of size and other materials were produced for the construction of the Viaduc of Dinan.

History

Taden was on the Roman Voie between Saint-Suliac and Corseul. Later on, Taden was a place where the count of Garaye accommodated the poor or soldiers French or English to look after them. This same count discovered new drugs.
