Tadao

Tadao is the trade description of the network of Public transport whose organizing authority is the mixed trade-union transport (SMT) initiated the January 24th 2003 by the communities of agglomerations of Lens-Liévin and Hénin-Carvin, joined in 2006 by the Communauté of agglomeration of Artois ( Artois COM ) and the Communauté of communes of Nœux and surroundings (CCNE). This trade union gathers 114 communes thus, that is to say a population of some 600.000 inhabitants of which part of Based the in the Northern appartant with none the Communauté of agglomeration front quoted.

Tadao results from fusion the April 13rd 2004 of the two old networks Still and Tuhc . It is exploited by the company Keolis Gohelle within the framework of a Public service delegation.

Initially, the renewal of the tariff agreement said Galaxy , on the perimeter of Artois COM (Béthune - Bruay-la-Buissière) made it possible to the traveller to circulate in all old the field of the Pas-de-Calais with only one transport document, except however territory for the CCNE which had left the device during its creation in 2002. With the adhesion of the CCNE at the mixed trade-union of transport in 2006, this anomaly from now on is repaired.

The August 28th 2006, Tadao modifies all the lines of bus, 2 years after fusion, for better a circulation of the passengers and created school new lines. One year afterwards, the August 27th 2007, Tadao and ArtoisBus amalgamated. The trade name of this amalgamated network will remain Tadao, and will be exploited by the company Keolis Artois (fusion of Keolis Gohelle and CTA ).
