The PowerBook G3 Bronze , or Lombard , replaced the PowerBook Série G3, or WallStreet . They were much more powerful but as finer and light as its predecessor: only 2,7 kg on the balance for a 4,3 cm thickness (against 3,5 kg and 5,3 cm for the PowerBook Série G3). These models brought the ports USB, which replaced the old ports ADB, and the reader DVD-ROM on the model high-of-range. It was available in two models: 333 and 400 MHz. The model with 400 MHz was almost as fast as most powerful of the Power Mac at that time, the Power Mac G3 Bleu and White with 400 MHz.
