TV Rennes 35
TV Rennes 35 is a local television channel born in March 1987 under the name of TV Rennes, it is with the beginning of the year 2007, that the chain changed name.
It was inaugurated with its launching by the president of the Republic, it was one of the first local televisions created in France. This television channel was in the beginning diffused in the agglomeration of Rennes by the cable. It is possible to receive it in all the Ille-et-Vilaine, on the terrestrial networks analog and nuneric (channel 20 of TNT). TV Rennes 35 became a departmental chain.
TV Rennes 35 is a local general channel with the multi-diffused programs, she addresses herself to each inhabitant and not to a majority “target”. This choice quickly enabled him to touch a certain audience.
Its budget is financed at the same time by the group Ouest-France, the Crédit Mutuel of Brittany, the General advice of Ille-et-Vilaine and the company founder of the chain, Rennes Cité Media. The commercial resources only are still insufficient to support this project.
TV Rennes 35 develops since its creation of the partnerships with France 3, Radio France and Ouest-France. Its action and its development also fit in a dynamics with other local chains.
