TO3

TO3 was a preparing of television for the French youth diffused of April 1st 2002 with the August 30th 2004 on France 3.

Principle of the preparing

To replace the Minikeums , the starting concept was to make travel two teenagers named “Théo” and “Luna”, in a Spaceship (the 3 ), accompanied by a crew populated creatures mild nutters. Produced by the studio of animation Sparx , the preparing had taken the party to propose an esthetic joining implementing various graphic styles in synthesized images. In this program, the characters present varied graphs, adapted to their character.

All the voices were carried out upstream of animation by Viking Studio Production (studio of post audio prod), some actors doubling several characters. Thus, by means of a program of Lypsting , the mouths of animations 3D are holds automatically on the voices, recorded upstream.

To3 was created to replace Minikeums, the preparing which, after nine years, had tendency to vampiriser the attention of the children to the detriment of the programs that they were supposed to promote.

Envisaged initially for a year, To3 was maintained, under the leading direction of the chain, during two years and half, is a dozen hours produced before being replaced by France Trick .

To3 spent the morning and the afternoon.

Crew of the 3

The crew was essentially heteroclite: the creatures which constituted it were the fruit of the meetings of Théo at the time of its voyages on planet. This crew gathers 3 pairs of different species, including 1 pair (Mr. Double and Liquorice) which is the human ones but which has a different organization.

Théo : the exploring teenager.
Luna : his/her capricious half-sister;
Mr Double : a character-sand glass with two heads intended to contradict itself perpetually;
IEA and Paf : two stuntmen cartoon;
Liquorice : a little girl in a flying seat going to the soap;
Mitch : a conceited blue cube;
Linda : an eccentric dancer.

Presentation

A teenager named Théo, impassioned by space and the animated series, decides to leave in forwarding in the immense galaxy the Milky Way. He enters his spaceship, the " 3". Luna, his/her half-sister, was encrusted in its vessel to be able to accompany Théo.

While crossing space, they enter an unknown solar system. They notice a planet suitable for shelter the life. Therefore, the vessel lands on the planet, which is populated curious beings. Théo the meeting and once friends, it shows them, each day, of the cartoons to give them an idea of the life on Earth.

Name : no (but Théo calls it Téo III)
Distance since the solar system: 20 years lights.

Many the moons and of soleils' : the 2 moons and a Sun.

Diameter : 6905,8 km

Ground : gigantic trees mild nutters, flowers, seas.

Population : intelligent creatures

The landscape resembles that of the marine coral.
