TLC (group)

TLC is a female group of R&B of the Années 1990. One of its members, LISA Lopes alias Left Eye , committed suicide in an car accident.

Biography

The trio is orignaire of Atlanta to the the United States. It is composed of Tionne Watkins ( T - Boz), LISA Lopes ( L eft Eye) and Rozonda Thomas ( C hili). Their career begins in 1992 with the exit from " Ooooooooohhh… one the TLC tip". The album had a real success in the charts. The group connects with a second opus Crazysexycool in 1994. Individual the " Waterfalls" is one of the Chanson S-headlights of this disc. In 1999, appears FanMail produced by Shekspere. The TLC are in the middle of glory and are with the Destiny's Child the queens of R' B US.

Left Eye, the raspy one of the group famous for its devotion near the poor children, but also for its many contentions with justice, also carried out an album solo and made many Featuring (Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat, Missy Elliott, Mya, etc) But, with the Spring 2002, LISA Lopes, dies in an accident of car in Honduras.

Its comparses TBoz and Chile made a great speech in the honor of Eye Left on the chain of American music MTV: “We grew together and we trained a true family. Today, we really lost a sister, sadness is indescribable. ”
