TGV trans-Maghrebian
TGV trans-Maghrebian must in connecting in a few years the main cities of the Maghreb
The Moroccan section of this line at high speed suggested by ONCF is the following ----
- Casablanca - Fès (240km)
- Fès - Taza - Oujda - Algerian Border (335 km)
The delivery of this section is envisaged in the neighborhoods of 2015
The Algerian section is the following ----
the delivery of these two sections is envisaged between 2009 and 2010 ----
The layout of the Tunisian section is not yet known but should initially connect the Algerian border to Tunis and in the second time it should connect Tunis to Sfax until Tripoli in Libya.
