TAE

The TAE is a Buffer solution of migration used in electrophoresis on Gel of agarose of the Nucleic acid . It is composed of Tris, Acétate and EDTA, generally with the pH 8,0.
Concentration
- TBE 50x : Solution concentrated mother fifty times, to dilute to obtain the desired concentration.
- TAE 10x : Solution concentrated mother ten times, to dilute to obtain the desired concentration.
- TAE 1x : solution lends to employment.
preparation
For the preparation of a plug TAE (50x) pH 8,0 to weigh:- 242 G TrisBase,
- 57,1 crystalline acetic acid ml 100%,
- 100 ml EDTA 0,5M.
To put in a graduated flask and to put the sufficient quantity for 1000 ml of distilled water.
