T.R. Knight
Theodore Raymond Knight , more known under the shortened name of T.R. Knight , is an American actor , born the March 26th 1973, with Mineapolis. It was especially made known thanks to the role of George O' Malley in the series Grey' S Anatomy .
Biography
Its beginnings with the theater
T.R. Knight is born with Mineapolis, in Minnesota. As of the five years age, T.R. Knight is member of the theatrical company of his city, Guthrie Theater. After short academic works (at the university of St Thomas to St Paul), it is within this company that it obtains his first roles.
Its career
T.R. Knight moves then in New York, and plays on the boards of Broadway. One sees it in particular in Noises off ( Silence in slides ), at the sides of Patti LuPone, then it incarnates Damis in Tartuffe . In 2004, it belongs to the casting of the tragedy Boy . For its interpretation in the part Scattergood off-Broadway, it obtains in 2003 a nomination in Drama Desk Awards.It finds then its company to incarnate the title role of Amadeus . In parallel, it obtains some roles on television, in the transitory series Charlie Lawrence , but also in Frasier , New York, criminal section and the Experts . In 2005, it takes down the role of George O' Malley in the series Grey' S Anatomy .

The October 19th 2006, T.R. Knight makes its Coming-out in the magazine People. This advertisement makes following many rumors, but especially with an argument mediatized between the actors Patrick Dempsey and Isaiah Washington. On the turning of Grey' S anatomy , the second had insulted one of his colleagues, treating it of “faggot”.
