Szarlotka
The szarlotka (to pronounce charlotka) is the tart with the Pomme S Polish. It is made up of a more or less thick base and an apple trimming, cut in very small pieces. The latter is sometimes also covered with paste (way scramble) or a fine layer of Meringue.
