SAP ( Systems, Applications, and Products for dated processing in English and Systeme, Anwendungen und Produkte in der German Datenverarbeitung in ) are by abuse language the name used to indicate a Business package integrated developed and marketed by the editor of this product (SAP AG). The exact name of the software package is SAP ERP today, after having been R 2, R /3 then mySAP ERP.

It can be defined like a system in which the various functions of the company (Comptabilité, Finances, Production, Approvisionnement, Marketing, human resources, quality, Maintenance, etc) are connected between them by the use of a Information system centralized on the basis of configuration Client/serveur.

The implementation of a completely integrated system makes it possible to answer in a precise way and in real-time the questions of the type: “That does it occur if I decide to do this? ”. For example, if a company receives a order goods, it is possible to know almost instantaneously the consequences of this request about the capacities of Production, about the needs for Approvisionnement, about the personal necessary to achieve this task, about the necessary times to satisfy this request, about the financing needs, the Profitabilité of this operation, etc

CO-PA: Income statement and analyzes by market segment

Module CO-PA is a module of control of management. It makes it possible to make an analysis of the income statement per market segment. This module makes it possible to recover the costs coming from the various objects analytical to be able to analyze them under various dimensions. It is mainly a tool for analysis which is based on the components of values and not on the countable accounts. It is thus not a countable tool. Another functionality of CO-PA is budgetary construction. This module also makes it possible pre-to budget for the sales and the result. For certain pre-budgeted for data, an existing copy of the data is carried out and these data are projected in the future, are revalorized, corrected manually and distributed according to the method signal-down until obtaining of a pre-budget of the sales and result.

EC-PCA: Accounts Department of the centers of profits
