System endocrinien
The system endocrinien is composed by the unit of the Organe S (endocrine Glands) which have a function of Sécrétion of Hormone S such as:
-
- Épiphyse
- - Pituitary gland and Hypothalamus
- - Thyroid
- - Thymus
- - Suprarenal S
- - endocrine Pancreas
- - Ovary S
- - Testicle S
Hormones of the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus
One speaks about hypothalamo-hypophyseal Complexe. The Hypothalamus, which contains secreting Neuron S, synthesizes the Ocytocine and the Hormone anti-diurétique (ADH). These Neurohormone S is transported along the Axone S until the Neurohypophyse where they are stored. They will be poured in the blood capillary at the proper time. The Hypothalamus also has some Neuron S equipped with Axone S very short which pour factors of inhibition and of release in the capillaries of the Système carries hypothalamo-hypophyseal which joined the adénohypophyse. These factors, the libérines, are:
- the hormone of salting out of the Growth hormone (GHRH)
- the Corticolibérine (CRH)
- the Gonadolibérine (FSH/LH-RH)
- the Thyréolibérine (TRH)
- the hormone of inhibition of the salting out of the Prolactin (CONK), also named Dopamine
- the Somatostatine, inhibiting the release of growth hormone (GH) and the Hormone thyréotrope (TSH)
These libérines has a positive or negative effect on the stimulines secreted by the Hypophyse:
- the Growth hormone (GH)
- the corticotrophine (ACTH)
- genital hormones, the folliculo-stimulative Hormone (FSH) and the Hormone lutéinisante (LH)
- the thyréotrophine (TSH)
- the Prolactin (PRL)
