The syndrome serotoninergic is due to an excess of Sérotonine at the cerebral level and occurs following an antidepressant treatment. It carries out a clinical Tableau associating muscular rigidity, agitation, Myoclonie S, Hyperréflexie, behavioral problems, Hyperthermie. The complications can be severe with Convulsion, Coma, shock and disseminated intravascular Coagulation. The diagnosis is difficult to carry because no symptom is specific and the differential diagnoses are numerous. The treatment is Symptômatique, with possible recourse with the Dantrolène and the curarization.
