The syndrome of Zollinger-Ellison is a Syndrome paraneoplasic characterized by digestive ulcers serious, often multiple, resistant to the usual treatments, with hypersecretion and important hyperacidity of the mucous membrane gastrique.
These ulcers secondary, are caused by Tumeur S of cells of the Pancréas producing in abundance of the Gastrine which stimulates maximum acid gastric secretion.
