Syndrome of Shulman
Syndrome of Shulman or fasciite with éosinophilie is an affection characterized by a oedémateuse and hardened infiltration of the deep aponévroses périmusculaires and partitions musculaires.
These infiltrates sit preferentially at the trunk and the root of the members involving an important limitation of mobility articulaire.
The disease is accompanied by an acceleration of the VS and clear a hyperéosinophilie and an increase in the rate of IgG.
