Syndrome of Goodpasture
The pneumo-renal syndrome of Goodpasture or disease of the glomerular antibody basal anti-membrane is a very rare disease of auto-immune origin associating a pulmonary hemorrhage, a glomerulonephritis extracapillaire, and antibodies directed against the renal and alveolar membranes basal glomerular pulmonary.
-
the syndrome pneumorénal of Goodpasture is related to the tissue toxicity of antibody basal anti-membranes. The lesions are primarily on the level of the air cells and the renal clusters.
- There exists a hemorrhagic alveolite with dyspnea, hémoptysies, acute respiratory insufficiency.
- There exists also a Glomérulonéphrite proliferative necrosing with possibility of extra proliferation capillary. One sees hématuries, a arterial Hypertension and a oligo- Anurie.
- the treatment is based on the plasmatic exchanges (Plasmaphérèse) the injections of Immunoglobuline S with strong amount, the corticothérapie and the Immunosuppresseur S.
