Syndrome of CREST

CREST Syndrome is a particular form of Sclérodermie.

It associates to differing degree:

  • Of Calcifications under cutaneous. = C
  • a Syndrome of Raynaud. = R
  • Of the anomalies œosophagiennes (turbid of the motility, backward flow). = E
  • a Sclérodactylie. = S
  • Of the Télangiectasie S. = T

The presence of Anticorps anti-centromères supplements the table.

As for the other forms of scleroderma, the basic treatment is disappointing, the sometimes effective symptomatic treatments.
