Synagog El Transito de Tolède
Built in 1357 by Samuel Halevi Abulafia, treasurer of Pierre Cruel the, this synagog is transformed into church at the time of the Expulsion of the Jews of Spain in 1492. It becomes the church el Transito by reference to the Dormition of the Vierge.
Today, it shelters a Musée on the medieval Jewish culture of Tolède.
