Sylvain Chavanel
Sylvain Chavanel is a runner cyclist French born the June 30th 1979 with Châtellerault in the Vienna. His/her younger brother Sebastien Chavanel is also cyclist.
Biography
- Professional since 2000, it remains faithful to the team of Jean-Rene Bernaudeau (“Hello” of 2000 with 2002, then “Brioches the Baker” of 2003 to 2004). Sylvain passes to Cofidis in 2005.
- First victory in 2000: a stage of the Franco-Belgian Circuit.
The nickname of Sylvain Chavanel in the world of cycling is Mimosa.
