Sweeten fast
A fast sugar is a Sucre having a Index glycemic higher than 55.
The Glucide S are indeed classified according to their glycémiant capacity, i.e. their action on the Glycémie (rate of glucose in blood).
Fast sugars are generally simple sugars, but not necessarily. The Potato for example contains complex sugars such as the starch but is classified in slow sugars, its index glycemic being lower than 55.Sucre " lent" mean, slowly absorbed by physiology and the metabolism.
Fast example of sugar: sugar refineries, sorbets but also white bread, white rice, chips. The fast sugar excess is bad for health, but also for the line.
