Another Swedish breads

In France one finds several types of Swedish bread. Two the most known is probably the polar Pain and the Pain crunching Swedish knäckebröd introduces in France by the company Wasa.

Thus skorpor (sweetened crunching bread), kavring (rye bread black to tight crumb), bergis or barkis (bread Hallah). In the concept kaffebröd (bread for the Coffee) one finds a diversity of sweetened pastry makings as kanelbullar (brioche sweetened with the grooves) and wienerbröd (pastry making with the English Crème).
