Swan River
The river Swan is a Fleuve Australia N which runs in Western Australia and crosses Perth, the Capitale of this State, before throwing in the Indian Ocean with height of Fremantle. A long time called river of the Swans in French, he was discovered by the Dutch Willem de Vlamingh in 1697 then recognized and charted in detail by the French François Heirisson within the framework of the forwarding towards the southern Lands taken along by Nicolas Baudin at the beginning of the 19th century.
