Sviatopolk Ier
Sviatopolk Ier is the son of Iaropolk I {{er}}, born towards 980 and died in 1019.
It loses his father, assassinated on order of Vladimir Ier, in 980. With died of this one, in 1015, it tries to take the throne with his/her cousins. After having made kill Boris and Gleb, who will be canonized, it is overcome by their brother Iaroslav Wise the and takes refuge in Poland. His/her father-in-law, the duke Boleslav I Valiant the assistance to take again Kiev in 1018 but it is driven out definitively by Iaroslav Wise the in 1019 and finds death during his escape.
