Sven-Göran Eriksson

Sven-Göran Eriksson , born the February 5th 1948 with Torsby in the County of Värmland in Sweden, is a trainer of football Swedish.

Biography

Sven-Göran Eriksson first of all was football player in lower Swedish divisions, with KB Karlskoga and the Degerfors IF, before having to take a premature retirement following a wound with the knee in 1975. He becomes assistant trainer then trainer of Degefors, making pass this team of the third to the the first division in three years.

This success enables him to involve IFK Gothenburg in 1979 which it will carry out until the victory in UEFA Cup in 1982.
