Suzanne of Rome
Suzanne of Rome virgin Roman Martyr ized at the 3rd century. She was, says one, beautiful and educated. Having refused the proposal of a son of the Emperor Dioclétien, she was tortured and decapitated. Celebrated the August 11th.
- It is honoured by a Vitrail in the church with Holy-Suzanne-on-Transfers in the department of the Manche. The stained glass represents it with the head with its feet. The Bourreau directs his Saber towards the partner of Holy Suzanne.
