The Sussex is a county located at the south of London, on the Manche in England, divided into two parts, one called Sussex of the West ( West Sussex ), whose principal city is Chichester, the other Sussex of the East ( East Sussex ), whose principal city is Lewes. Other big cities in Sussex include Brighton, Newhaven, Seaford and Eastbourne. Sussex is also called the “garden of England”.

This name also indicates a county of the state of the New Jersey, on the east coast of the United States, and a county of the state of the Delaware, on the Baie of Delaware.

Historically, the kingdom of the Saxon of the south, or Sussex, was founded at the 5th century. It became vassal old kingdom of Saxon west, or Wessex, at the 9th century.
