The Supreme court of Israel (in Hebrew: ביתהמשפטהעליון, Beit haMishpat ha' Elyon) is at the top of the legal system Israél IEN of which it is more the high authority. It is made up of 14 members (12 permanent and 2 temporary) named by a committee independent of selection of the judges, established by a fundamental law: that of the magistrature.

The Supreme court sits at Jerusalem and the whole of the State is under its jurisdiction.
